Marketing Assistant

Summary:

 

This position is responsible for varying activities associated with the operation and administration of a commercial real estate brokerage team, particularly the development of marketing proposals, brochures and offering memorandums.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Development of sales proposals including research, client communication, layout coordination, printing and binding of documentation Develop and coordinate marketing brochures and offering memorandums, including text development, layout, photo selection, editing, distributing and tracking

 

Job Specifications:

 

Education and/or ExperienceCollege degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Knowledge of Photoshop or similar photograph software programs Real Estate Knowledge or experience is ideal

 Physical demands are typical for an office environment including sitting, stooping/kneeling, reaching, handling, speaking, hearing and seeing The noise level in the working environment is usually quiet to moderate Desktop computer and land-line phone will be provided
