Marketing Coordinator

Currently, we are seeking a qualified professional to join us in our Atlanta Division as a Marketing Coordinator.

Selected candidate will be responsible for the overall marketing/leasing efforts of the Division including proactive public relations efforts with ongoing community outreach including broker awareness programs, developing books, brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.; budget preparation and adherence; advertising planning, placement and creative development and assisting with the coordination of broker and tenant events, reviewing civic and charitable organization opportunities. Duties also include: arranging travel, meetings, conference rooms and luncheons; processing invoices for the marketing/leasing department; and updating divisional information on the Corporate website.


Requirements:

Ideal candidate will possess a four year degree, preferably in Journalism/Mass Communications or Marketing and 3-5 years experience in sales or marketing, real estate, or agency environment or an equivalent combination of education/experience. Proficient computer skills, including desktop publishing programs: InDesign, CS2, PageMaker, and Illustrator. MS Office 2003 a must. Database/research skills helpful. Strong administrative, organization and communication skills required.
