Job Title:  Marketing Supervisor

 

Reports To:  Vice President, National Sales and Marketing

 

Job Summary: Oversee all corporate marketing and communication activities.  Assist Standard Pacific marketing efforts to introduce Family Lending Services and products to drive traffic into Standard Pacific communities and improve capture rate.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Supervise Marketing AnalystEnsure that application packets and disclosure booklets are in complianceOversee the fulfillment of loan application packets and disclosure bookletsMaintain supply of promotional marketing materialsManage Corporate Communications

? Maintain website exposure, compliance, and ensure website reinforces brand

? Update administrative forms as needed

? Ensure that all corporate communications reinforce brand

? Implement and facilitate regularly scheduled conference calls with Standard Pacific marketing managers to gauge their needs and to apprise them of our initiatives

? Prepare Monthly Employee Newsletter

? Organize the development and implementation of customer retention initiatives to enhance customer relations and improve capture rateMaintain customer Contact Point informationSend letters and gifts as neededEnsure that customers receive consistent communication from Family LendingCreate and update recruitment materialMonitor the Family Lending brand in order to build brand equityMaintain and update the Family Lending logoEnsure that all marketing materials convey an identifiable look and feel, and that they compliment the Standard Pacific brandReinforce the Mission, Vision, and Values statements in all marketing piecesMonitor Standard Pacific marketing initiatives to ensure our Family Lending brand is recognized and mortgage information is in compliance with state and federal regulations

Create and execute marketing plans to promote the Family Lending brandConfirm that all marketing material is in complianceDevelop marketing campaigns to assist Loan SpecialistsMaintain current marketing catalogueCreate and update marketing pieces as neededPrepare and distribute marketing letters that provide value to customersDevelop Sales tools for new loan products

? Work with Secondary Marketing to develop flyers when new products, features, and changes are implemented

? Create an online marketing presence in which staff can access material through the Intranet directly

? Monitor competitor marketing efforts by subscribing to key market news print and prepare marketing material to assist Loan Specialists based on competitor initiativesOversee the compilation of borrower survey results

? Prepare monthly and quarterly Eliant survey results for distribution to staff and payroll for Loan Specialist and Sales Manager?s bonuses

? Monitor third-party provider (Eliant) reports on a regular basis to ensure they meet expected turn-time and quality

? Implement internal surveys for those markets that do not subscribe to Eliant

? Manage mid-process and post closing survey mail-outs and distribution to staffManage marketing department budget

? Manage branch postal accounts

? Monitor branch marketing expenses

? Manage third-party service provider relations to ensure we are obtaining competitive pricing and supportAssist in the preparation and planning of all sales functions such as quarterly Sales Manager meetings, annual sales rally, and other events as needed

? Coordinate the preparation and updating of training manuals for Loan Specialists and Assistants with the training departmentPerform any or all duties as directed by the VP of National Sales and Marketing

 

 

Ideal Candidate:    Ideal candidate will have 3-5 year?s directly related work experience as a Marketing Supervisor, or related field.  Will have exposure to multi-faceted areas within the mortgage and marketing fields as it pertains to loan origination, sales and operations.  Bachelor?s degree in marketing preferred, but not required.  Must be able to effectively communicate verbally, and in writing.
