Marketing & Leasing Assistant

OVERVIEW:  Our client, a $4 billion Real Estate Investment Trust, is seeking a Marketing & Leasing Assistant to support the Regional Director and Marketing / Leasing Manager for their offices in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Collects market information; assists in marketing analyses and initiatives, developing marketing packages and brochures; prepares proposals; compiles and analyzes data; maintains marketing database and online databases; assists in direct mail campaigns, coordinates details associated with various marketing projects; acts as regional liaison with corporate marketing department.

? Generates form leases and amendments and other legal documentation for leasing activity; assists in preparation of marketing reports for existing properties and new investment pursuits; facilitates research via D&B reports, credit investigations, CRM, and existing tenant databases.

? Schedule and organize broker events

? Performs general office management duties, including ordering standard office supplies, monitoring office equipment and calling for maintenance; photocopying, collating and assembling reports; receiving and sending express deliveries and so forth.

? Produces, collates and distributes correspondence as appropriate. Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems; classifies, sorts and files correspondence, records and other documents.

? Screens incoming mail, deliveries, and voicemail. Forwards correspondence to other Company management as appropriate; prioritizes executive?s materials and notifies executive with matters requiring immediate attention.

? Maintains travel schedule and personal calendar of assigned executive. Modifies travel as necessary, ensures all aspects of travel are planned and reserved, keeps executive abreast of changes and commitments..

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

? Must have approximately 4-5 years of related experience in order to gain knowledge of administrative policies, procedures and systems, organizational skills to support senior executives as well as proficiency in various computer software applications (i.e., word processing and email).

? Knowledge of computer software (such as MS Word and email) to prepare documents, reports and general business operations and ability to work effectively with various internal and external contacts.

? Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills for screening callers, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, interacting with managers and staff in different departments. 

? Good written communication skills.

? Computer skills (MS Office and Quark preferred)

? Associate?s degree or equivalent work experience.

 

 

COMPENSATION:  Based on experience
