Mortgage Escrow Officer

We?re looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to work as a Mortgage Escrow Officer for our office.  In this role you?ll work closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate closing transactions.  If you?re looking to get started in an exciting, challenging career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

Responsibilities:Work with customers to have closing transactions that are timely and accuratePrepare written escrow agreements in accordance with the contractsPerform closings and collect any payments dueWork closely and build solid relationships with Mortgage Processors

 

Requirements:Two years experience in title insuranceExperience with closing transactionsKnowledge of legal documents and local escrow procedures Excellent calculation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerpointHS diploma or GED
