Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. seeks a Mortgage Loan Coordinator for the Casselberry, FL Branch.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Loan Coordinator will perform customer service support functions for the Underwriting staff.

 Answer telephone underwriting inquiries including status calls for brokersReceive condition documentation via fax/emailLog receipt of documentationRetrieve/file loan filesMonitor the Loan QuePurges the files, when outdatedPerform related duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customersDetail orientedMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesKnowledge of basic computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft OutlookHigh school diploma or GEDSome college would be a plusPrevious prcessing and/or underwriting experience preferred
