We need YOU for our new Heartwell Mortgage branch office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  We are also seeking Loan Officers to work remotely from their homes throughout North Carolina including Charlotte, Asheville, Willmington, Greensboro, Raleigh and Durham areas.

Immediate openings are available if:

 You have at least TWO years of experience in originating FHA, conforming and Alt-A loans. You must also have a strong purchase referral base with realtors, builders, contractors and other referral sources. You can prospect and network to develop your own business.  Can you cold call, especially B2B?  Do you have a strong network throughout the community?  You are well-respected in the business, value honesty and integrity in your work, and really believe in helping people finance the American dream.
