This position is for a new office, opening in Plymouth Meeting. Other cities MAY be considered in your area.

Loan Officer At Home123 - Prime

Home123 - Prime, a subsidiary of New Century Financial Corporation, is currently looking for Loan Officers, who meet the following requirements:
?2 Years minimum experience originating loans in a retail mortgage banker environment
?Extensive mortgage product knowledge (conforming, non-conforming, FHA, VA and sub-prime)
?Exceptional sales and persuasion skills
?A strong work ethic
?Desire to succeed
?Ability to produce results
?Exceptional telephone skills
?A strong base of business including Realtors, builders and personal referrals (company DOES NOT provide leads)
?Minimum sales goals are required, as assigned
