Mortgage Loan Officer/Real Estate Agent/Receptionist

Job Description

Mortgage broker firm venturing with former Dallas Cowboys looking for Loan Officers, a Receptionist and a few good Realtors!!!Experience in the mortgage industry required and Bilingual is a plus.

 

Loan Officer Job Purpose:

Completes loan applications as leads are received,provide loan product & program information to clients to fit their mortgage needs, verify clients credit qualifications, calculate rate changes, lock loans, be able to read & understand rate sheets,  learn lender products available, contributes to team effort,rectify discrepancies & loan problems as needed.

 

Loan Officer Skills/Qualifications:

Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Attention to details, Reporting Skills,  Financial Diagnosis, Familiar with Mortgage Software Programs, Analyzing Information, Customer Service Skills a must. 

 

Receptionist Job Purpose

Responsible for creating the company's image through initial contact with clients, lenders, account executives, guest, employees and other vendors.  The candidate must be personable, have an ability to listen, understand customer needs, have an advanced level of oral, and written skills, have the ability to handle fast paced highly energized environment. Must also maintain the office supplies, telephones, faxes and assist with updating pipeline reports and other loan tracking databases.

Receptionist Skills/Qualifications

Customer Service,  General Computer Skills,  Data Entry Skills,  Mature work attitude and attention to detail required, Self-motivated and Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks 

 

Real Estate Agent Job Purpose

A self motivated person with good salesmanship looking for an opportunity to make up to 100% commissions.  Able to use our built in marketing plan.
