We are currently seeking?Loan Officers for our Santa Rosa, CA Branch.?

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
?
? Originate FHA/VA,Construction, and/or Conventional loans while providing exceptional customer service to Realtors, Builders, and Home Buyers
? Possess a working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry
? Be familiar with underwriting guidelines
?
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
?
? Minimum of two years mortgage loan officer experience, or demonstrated sales/marketing skills in another industry with potential to transfer those skills into mortgage origination
? The ability to work independently and a willingness to travel
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Computer Literate
?
