Process loan documents and ensure all loan files are complete
Enter loan applications into our tracking system; order title reports, appraisals and credit reports
Prepare docs and correspondence
Check for loan conditions and assist in getting them cleared
Requirements
A minimum of 6 months loan processing experience
Subprime experience a definite plus
Solid PC skills
Flawless attention to detail, follow through and communications skills
