Responsiblities:
Serves customers by preparing mortgage loan requirements.
Prepares mortgage loan file by reviewing loan application; clarifying or obtaining additional information.
Confirms mortgage loan application information by mailing verification forms; contacting verification sources.
Obtains mortgage loan documentation by ordering land survey, title, and related information.
Identifies and solves mortgage loan application and documentation problems.
Prepares closing documents and schedules closings with borrowers and title company.
Keeps information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents.
DU / LP and Sub-prime experience a must.
Full use of technology to streamline efficiencies.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
Salary plus bonus negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of organization, thoroughness, financial and financial diagnosis skills, documentation skills, analyzing information, general math skills, informing others, reporting skills, research skills.?
Calyx Point, Title Max, Office Suite, and electronic documentation filing a must.
