Mortgage Originator

It all starts with you. We're looking for a motivated, self-starting
professional to join our team as a mortgage loan originator. In this
role you'll work with a variety of sources to generate mortgage leads
for our office's sales staff. In short, you'll be the lifeblood of our
mortgage business-flooding our pipeline with leads that will turn into
closings.

Responsibilities:

* Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by
cultivating relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, etc.
* Work with sales staff on a continual basis to retain and grow
existing business
* Perform / create additional business development activities to
increase sales and leads
* Stay educated on local developments and trends in the real
estate and mortgage industries

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the mortgage / real estate industries
* Sales experience preferred
* Contacts and referrals in the real estate and mortgage
industries preferred
* College degree in business or finance preferred
* Bilingual a plus!
