Mortgage Quality Coordinator II

Our growing company, based in historic downtown Vancouver, WA, has immediate openings for dynamic and motivated individuals! Millennium Funding Group is rapidly expanding our Wholesale Mortgage Banking Operation, and is looking for an experienced Mortgage Quality Coordinator II to join our team of mortgage professionals.



Function: Individual will perform quality control testing on all Loan files in accordance with company policy and procedures.



Essential Responsibilities:

Low Risk QC Issue Files:

Identify, Review and Resolve Issue.



Sign off appropriate slot on the Operations Pre-Doc Checklist.



Complete the standard quantity of loan files per day.





High Risk Files:

Complete High Risk Final QC Check List.



Verify any and all Verification?s of Mortgage (VOM), Rent (VOR) and Deposit (VOD).



Verify Employment Information.



Run and clear alerts on the Electronic Loan Report (ELR).



Complete the quality control portion of the operation pre-doc check list.



Complete the standard quantity of loan files per day.





 

Other Responsibilities:

Provide back-up support for employees on vacation or absent.



Interact with necessary departments to facilitate the timely process of loan files.



Resolve all QC Issues Identified as a result of testing.



Complete the standard quantity of loan files per day.



Perform other job duties as may be assigned by Management.





Skills/Requirements:



Experience: Must act in a professional manner, reflecting a positive attitude at all times, demonstrating superior customer service and facilitating frequent and effective communication (verbal & written) with Customers, Management and other Co-Workers. Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and possess effective time management skills. Must be able to identify the important dimensions of a problem and use of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize work effectively, and have basic knowledge of various professional computer applications is a must. 1-2 years related job experience required.



Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
