Job Description
Concorde Acceptance is seeking Loan Officers (with and without mortgage sales experience) for the Dallas, TX office. Our sales staff enjoys competitive benefits and compensation.

 

Primary ResponsibilitiesEducate home-buyers on how to meet their mortgage needs Sell residential mortgage loans to consumers over the telephone, via company generated leads Solicit face-to-face realtors, builders, and relocation contacts to develop new business Take mortgage applications over the telephone  Analyze and pre-grade credit Lock mortgage rates Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely closings Provide excellent customer service to consumers Spend several hours per day on the telephone 

 

Job QualificationsPrior mortgage sales experience or Bachelor's degree and 6 months sales experience Hunger for money!  Excellent motivation and ambition Goal oriented mindset Strong sense of urgency and time management skills Superb attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
