We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

 

MORTGAGE TELESALES ASSOCIATE, KEYBANK MORTGAGE

 

The Mortgage Telesales Associate?s daily responsibilities include:

 

 Originate mortgage loans from excellent inbound and outbound referral leads provided by Key Mortgage Services. Ability to communicate with large groups through presentations, seminars, and conferences. Ability to explain the characteristics and eligibility requirements of various loan programs and investor requirements. Interview prospective loan applicants to determine appropriate loan programs to meet their financial needs.Interview loan applicants thoroughly by phone and request proper documentation in order to make a loan decision. Communicate in a clear, concise, organized and professional manner.
Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills.
Position is 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

 

 

Qualified candidates will have:  High School Diploma;  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;  Two years of experience in mortgage sales;  Ability to work under pressure and extended hours;  Ability to prioritize and organize workflow;  Previous mortgage experience in processing, underwriting and closing.

 

Preferred skills include:  Four year college degree;   Experience with prime lending; Equivalent work experience in sales or related field;   Knowledge of PC based applications process (Desktop Underwriter, Loan prospector/related technology); Prior inbound and outbound telephone sales experience.
