Qualifications:Working knowledge of FHA, Sub Prime, Conforming, and Non Conforming loans.? Most concentration on FHA loans.? Must be very organized. Must have a 'can do' attitude Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties.? Keep customers, Loan Officers, and manager updated on status of loans in pipeline. Must have a take charge attitude, and the ability to find solutions to problems. Ability to calculate income and assets accurately. Must have experience with LP and or DU.
