Center City Philadelphia, Multi-Family Acquisitions Firm with a portfolio of 22,000+ units, located in 15 states, has an immediate opening in our Acquisitions Department.

ResponsibilitiesSourcing potential multifamily acquisitions in one or more national regionsValuing and underwriting acquisition candidatesNegotiating purchase agreementsOverseeing the due diligence processSecuring financing for acquisitionsClosing transactionsOther activities as required and directed by the VP of Multifamily Acquisitions

QualificationsFive years experience in real estate, multi-family acquisitions a plus. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Bachelor?s degree required.
