We seek an experienced Account Manager to join our Residential Real Estate team. The position is located in our Elmsford, NY office.


This position will be primarily responsible for:

? Ensuring business relationships are maintained by acting as a liaison between Wholesale Brokers, Concurrent Brokers, Account Executives and loan staff to promote company products and services

? Filing loan conditions and property appraisal reviews in file, interacts with Underwriter, Residential Real Estate Broker Service Supervisor for approval of loan conditions, keeping Brokers, Concurrent Brokers and Account Executives apprised of status and maintain property appraisal reviews on computer.

? Maintaining follow up system for each approval to facilitate the negotiation of the loan terms, maintaining the client tracking log.

? Withdrawing canceled loan files, entering all necessary regulatory information in operating system, keeping  Account Executives apprised of status.

? Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate possesses:

 Working knowledge of residential real estate lending. Demonstrated their knowledge of FIL underwriting guidelines and operational procedures. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective sales skills. Personal computer/data entry skills.
