Tired of not being paid what you are worth? Ready to bet on you and your work ethic? Custom One Homes is a twin cities home builder with deep roots in the east metro home market. We currently have an opening for a new home associate to work with our sales team in the Bayport and Woodbury areas. This is a support position with the opportunity to convert to a new home specialist in the future.

We are seeking a serious minded sales professional searching for a great long-term opportunity to market and sell new homes and neighborhoods. We will provide:

? Intense introductory and on-going training program.

? Excellent compensation and incentive program. Your desire determines your income.

? Previous new home sales experience not required

? Weekends required

? Non-smoking environment
