A New Loan Setup Administrator in the Specialty Finance Group at the National Operations Center will analyze new loan documentation and supporting items, board all loans and perform a quality check of all system changes, reconcile the New Loan Suspense account and complete all required cashiering documentation. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting tax documentation, insurance information, reserve agreements, title policy, appraisal, and closing statements, setting up multi-traunched complex loans and Optionally Price Loan Products, assisting in the training of other Administrators, and analyzing and interpreting transaction history of all loan products.



Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field preferred
2+ years of work related experience in the loan servicing, accounting, real estate, or legal
Excellent customer service and communication skills with various groups and levels of staff and management
Excellent working knowledge of document analysis and data interpretation
Understanding of Strategy application system and the cause and effect of changes in the ARM fields
Ability to read the transaction history of a loan
Working knowledge of accounting and interest rate calculations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong problem solving skills
Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment, PC skills, and Microsoft Products
