On-Site Property Managers are responsible for one property and have an office on site at that property. They work closely with the Board of Directors to maintain and improve the condition of the property, manage the budget, attend board meetings, prepare reports for the board and ensure timely completion of projects.

GOLD COAST high-rise condominium needs an experienced Property Manager. Qualified candidate MUST have at least two years condo management experience. Additional experience dealing with union employees, budgets, Boards of Directors, and other normal building operations is preferred.
