OPERATION MANAGER - MORTGAGE

This individual will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for driving the company's front side operation (Loan Coordinators, Underwriters, Assistant Underwriters, Account Managers and Closers).

The following individuals will report to the Operation Manager: Underwriting Manager, Account Manager Supervisor, Closing Manager?basically all of the front end operations staff.

The candidate must have experience in the following areas:Wholesale Mortgage environmentPipeline ManagementPreparation of monthly production reportsKnowledge of State and Federal Compliance Laws Problems resolution skills with ability to demostrate sense of urgency on escalated opportunitiesStrong management skillsMultitaskingStrong computer skills

Base will be in the range of 80K-100K depending on experience, and with bonus plan, the total comp plan will be about 120k for the right individual.
