Nationwide Appraisal Services Corporation is an appraisal and title management company providing services to the mortgage and financial industry across the country. We are currently located in Canonsburg, PA, and anxiously anticipating a move to a new state-of-the-art building in Washington, PA, by the end of 2006.

This position is responsible for providing quality GATORS Support through moderate technical expertise, and timely prioritization of first level GATORS software tickets. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

? Evaluate, and prioritize incoming ticket requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with GATORS software and other computer-related technologies and responsible for the updating of tickets to track solutions and resolutions. Monitor the Tickets queue to ensure all tickets completed in the outlined time frames and high priority tickets are closely monitored.Identify trends in the Ticket queue and make recommendations to the GATORS Team Manager by developing documentation to address the most often reported problems.If applicable, interview users to collect information about problems and lead user through diagnostic procedures to determine the source of errors.

Education and/or Experience

 One year certificate from college or technical school; or 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related function in a corporate environment of at least 50 - 100 supported users is required. Must have basic experience using all Microsoft Office Professional components (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must be familiar with and use at least one of the following email packages; Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook or Exchange. Must have the ability to write and present information in a clear, concise, organized, grammatically correct manner using multiple perspectives. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
