Operations Account Analyst
Essential Job Function:
The centralized operations unit is responsible for providing customer service and problem
resolution to LandSafe's external business partners and eventually all LandSafe customers. This position will ensure lenders receive world-class customer service by proactively analyzing the pipelines of assigned clients and sellers, externally.

Responsibilities:
Monitor pipelines to proactively identify and address negative or positive trends.
Monitor tracking reports to ensure that the products offered are delivered within turn-time goals with minimal deficiencies.
Identify problematic issues and recommend solutions.
Proactively contact lenders to obtain their feedback of our service levels and satisfaction of
products delivered within our five business units.
Maintain an ongoing and through knowledge of LandSafe's business units: Appraisal, Credit, Flood.
Stay abreast of changes in policy and procedure within LandSafe in order to better meet lender's needs.
Recommend enhancements to systems, processes and tracking reports.

Preferred Skills/Education:
High School diploma; college degree in Finance preferred.
At least three years of related experience in mortgage banking.
Broad knowledge of mortgage banking with specific knowledge of loan origination process.
Possess exceptional customer service skills and attitude.
Excellent computer skills (Excel a must).
Must have good writing and analytical skills.
