American Home Mortgage is seeking an Operations Manager for our Irvine, CA Branch... Our company was founded in 1979, and now is publicly traded, on the NYSE under the call letters AHM. The primary function of this position is manage our Operations Center in Irvine. Prepare and generate reports as required by senior management.  Recommend employee training to improve efficiency and ensure conformance to standard procedures and practices.  When necessary, work with customers to resolve loan issues.   


Qualifications: Must have strong working knowledge of Processing, Underwriting and Closing conventional and sub-prime loans as well. 5+ years of management and credit experienceStrong Knowledge of LP and DU Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, prioritizing, and follow-up & follow through. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
