Operations Manager - LM4

A prominent commercial real estate Broker is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a potential for advancement. Duties will include: handling escrow from start to finish, database maintenance, coordinating meetings and schedule, some personal assistant tasks, marketing, administrative duties, reception, contracts (creating, editing and proofreading), preparing proposals, developing and implementing marketing and advertising plans, organizing, finance management and client relations?to name a few. Must be willing to work long hours and have a proactive personality. Extremely professional environment.

 

Qualifications:

Degree and RE license preferred, but not mandatory.

Microsoft Office

2+ years of RE and administrative experience preferred

Amiable & gregarious personality

Word, Excel & Typing (50+wpm) ? testing is mandatory

Team player

Ability to work with little direction and under pressure

EXCELLENT written and oral communication skills
