JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated PMB Loan Representative. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a wholesale account executive.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include developing relationships with and marketing World?s loan programs to prospective brokers, bankers and other appropriate prospects, conducting sales presentations, and accepting / reviewing borrower applications.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as a wholesale account executive or equivalent experience in real estate or sales, appraisal, underwriting or other direct sales. Candidates must be wiling to travel, be able to work flexible hours and possess a valid driver?s license. Candidates must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as exceptional customer service and time management ability.
