Chapel Funding, LLC, a mortgage banking company in California,
is rapidly growing!
We are seeking to fill the positions of an Underwriter and also a Processor in our
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Regional Office as soon as possible.
Chapel Funding originates and funds sub-prime or non-conforming first and second deed mortgage loans, utilizing wholesale strategies.
These positions are full-time, permanent, exempt positions.
Education/Experience/Skills Required:
Underwriter: Minimum 3 or more years experience required. Subprime and Alt A experience preferred.
Processor: Minimum 2 or more years experience required. Position offers salary plus commission. Great communication skills a must.
High school diploma required.
General computer skills required ? Typing, Outlook, Internet, experience with an LOS software.
