Description and Responsibilities

Project Manager responsible for the implementation of Loan Origination software that caters to the Wholesale and Retail mortgage industry. We are looking for a leader with proven experience managing complex Client Integration projects, including new client integrations & migrations of existing clients and/or vendors to new platforms.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:Establish and ensure the execution of projects through all phases - requirements, design, development, test and deploy Lead Client through the project process which includes initial scope definition, requirements, planning, schedules, estimates, risk analysis, acceptance criteria, etc. Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedule Resolve problems, determine solutions, track and manage issues, and escalate when appropriate. Manage multiple, concurrent projects within fast-track timeline

Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a Software/Internet company.  Proven experience releasing software products to market successfully. Experience with launching Internet Software/Services a plus. Results-oriented personality Business expertise combined with technical software background Leadership personality, with the ability to manage, influence and guide people Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace. Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people. Ability to deliver results under pressure Must be able to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables with minimal or no supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Mortgage experience preferred. Minimum Bachelors degree required 10-20% travel required
