PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR for Glendale AMO®

Accredited Management Organization? located in Glendale is seeking a motivated and experienced
Property Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of 25 ? 30 apartment buildings, ranging in size from 10?? 80 units, in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities include:
? Frequent and effective communication, both written and verbal, with 25? 30 property owners, resident
managers of the buildings, tenants, and vendors.
? Generating work orders and negotiating contracts for property improvements and services.
? Visiting the properties often to oversee maintenance of the properties, to meet vendors, managers,
tenants,perform move-outs, etc. (Operating vehicle with excellent driving record required. Car
allowance provided.)
? Appearing in court as needed for evictions and any other legal matters.
.? Reviewing owner?s monthly financial statements, rent levels, etc. using Yardi Property Management Software.

Qualified candidates will have:
? 5+ years experience managing multi-family residential properties with multiple owners and resident
managers.
? Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, practices and procedures, and rent control laws.
? Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making abilities.
? Strong interpersonal and time management skills; organized and detailed ?oriented.
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
? Computer literacy with Excel and Word. Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software
advantageous.
? College degree preferred, CPM a plus
? Bi-lingual English/Spanish
