We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our Accounts Management Group located in St. Louis, MO.

PROPERTY MANAGER - St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities:
Manage and support all technical aspects of the property portfolio
Develop annual operating expense budgets per site as well as coordinating the operational aspects of the property
Perform monthly variance reporting, forecasting and asset management on all sites
Review and approve all facility invoices as well as implement preventive, ongoing and anticipated maintenance/repair programs
Assist in the development of multi-year capital improvement project plans and manage the process to complete the capital projects
Manage the selection of contracted services as required, monitor performance per scopes of work and contractual agreements with vendors
Travel approximately 70-80% in order to properly manage the portfolio

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or one of the following Facilities Management designations (RPA; FMA; or CPM)
Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities services, direct property management of multi-tenant and low to mid rise property management
Retail banking property experience preferred
Background with successfully administering various service providers at multiple properties
Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
Possess technical experience and knowledge of building infrastructure systems, mechanical repair, housekeeping and general maintenance
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
