PROPERTY SUPERVISOR

 

Property Supervisor position for local commercial real estate firm which owns 50+ apartment buildings and multi-family properties throughout Orange County. The company?s offices are located in Newport Beach and the job description will require the following:

 

?  Coordinating Tenant move-in and move-out process

?  Marketing and leasing of vacant apartments.  This would include following up with potential prospects and setting up showings for each of the units

?  Lease Renewals

?  Overseeing and running credit checks on potential Tenants

?  Coordinating the collection of rents

?  Coordinating Tenant issues, maintenance requests and repairs

?  Property Inspections

?  Refund of Security Deposits

?  3 Day Notices

?  Evictions

 

This individual will spend a portion of their time in the field going from one property to the next, the other portion of the time will be spent in the office coordinating with Tenants and prospects.

 

The salary is $35,000 - $45,000 base plus bonuses for leasing of vacant units. The individual will be supplied with a cell phone for company use only, the company will cover the cost of expenses for the phone.  Compensation will be made available for travel expenses to each of the properties.  Individual must have sound mechanical car.  Typical hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the exception of showings for vacant properties and/or meeting with tenants, which may require it to be done after hours or on the weekends.  This position is available immediately.  The company is actively acquiring additional properties, which provides for upward mobility and growth within the organization.  [Candidates must be currently located in Orange County and have previous property management experience.]
