WE HAVE SEVERAL OPENINGS FOR CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATORS:

 
Coordinate daily work flow of incoming real estate title orders
Ensure that the team goals are accomplished
Daily communication and follow up with borrowers and customers
Responsible for completing all aspects of the closing process, including obtaining taxes and payoffs, scheduling closings, preparation of HUD statement as well as final closing documents, reviewing the transaction details with all parties to a transaction, as required
Present a "can do" attitude on every interaction with customers and co-workers

 

Your Qualifications Should Include:

 

Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated customer service skills
Real estate closing & settlement experience a plus
