Portfolio Analyst
Columbia National Real Estate Finance, LLC, is looking for a qualified Portfolio Analyst
Incumbent will be responsible performing commercial/multi-family loan review and risk assessments. Review commercial lease, tenant estoppels, and SNDAs for lender approval on assigned loans. Process various reserve escrow disbursement requests on assigned loans. Perform complete new loan file review of assigned loans following closing. Handle a variety of special borrower requests associated with assigned loans in addition to other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Ability to review and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, leases, and complete legal documents.
Ability to gather and interpret market research data for investor portfolio reviews.
Prior commercial/multi-family mortgage experience preferred.
Self motivated team player
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Four-year college degree in Business, Finance or related field
Minimum 2-3 years commercial real estate experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (Access a plus)
