Post Close Specialist

IndyMac Bank has experienced significant growth in recent years and as part of this growth, we have recently opened a new Regional Operations Center in Plymouth Meeting, PA. We are currently seeking an experienced Post Closing Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-fund and post fund document reviews. Will interact with closing agents and attorneys to coordinate delivery of appropriate documentation. Key function is to guarantee data integrity. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires previous experience as Clerk/Associate including familiarity with mortgage loan closing documents.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to accurately complete detailed tasks.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with mortgage banking rules and regulations.
