Pre-Closer Supervisor/ Pre-Closers

Archer Land Title is hiring a Pre-Closer Supervisor and 2 Pre-Closer's for our Atlanta office

 

 

Pre-Closer Supervisor's responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

Supervising pre-closers and reporting to the title manager at our corporate office.  Ensuring that the turn around times are being met.  Helps with the day to day operations of the pre-closers including statusing searches that were ordered with the abstractor, interpret title reports, prepare title binders, check accuracy of title binders, and clear title problems.  Also responsible for monitoring title email and status requests from clients.  This position requires good organizational skills and a person who enjoys dealing with people  The candidate must be a team player, be able to work well under pressure, have good attention to detail and must have computer experience.  Must also have at least 5 years of pre-closing experience. 

 

Pre-Closer's responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

Receive title orders from clients, order title examinations with title examiners/abstractors and make sure searches are back within allotted time, interpret title reports, prepare title binders and clear title problems.  This position requires good organizational skills and a person who enjoys dealing with people.  The candidate must be a team player, be able to work well under pressure, have good attention to detail and must have computer experience.  1-2 experience required.
