Processor Assistant

Orange County based Mortgage Banker needs a Processor Assistant.

Duties will include:

Opening escrow, title and ordering payoffs, verification of employment, assist Sr. Processor with submission of files, obtaining conditions of approval and other duties required by the processing department.

Some knowledge of the Mortgage Banking industry desired.

Skills required:

Working knowledge of excel, word processing, Calyx Point processing software.

Bilingual Spanish/English a must.
