Responsible for the processing of loan files in accordance with company policy including but not limited to loan set-up into loan processing system (LOS), run various investor automated UW approvals (as necessary), insuring correct stacking order, ordering flood certifications, HOI and employment verifications, ordering 4506's and 2nd appraisal, sending RESPA disclosures, and insuring full package completeness.

1. Set up of new loan submissions. Preparation of the loan file prior to underwriting.

2. Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the loan set up process prior to underwriting.

3. Maintains current knowledge of Company processing policies and procedures.

4. Supports the other members of the Operations team as necessary.

Education:
High school or equivalent.

Experience/Training:
Practical and on the job. Processing or Opener experience a plus.

Skills:
Highly organized; strong interpersonal skills; detail oriented.
