Product & Initiative Implementation Project Manager

CITY: Burbank STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
-Primary responsibilities - Coordinate implementation of new products and processes for operations
-Actively participate in (Product Implementation Counsel) PIC meetings to ensure that operational concerns and impacts are considered in product development and rollout planning
-Take lead role in determining the process capability for proposed implementations and rollouts
-Assist with the determination of project scope, objectives and risks
-Utilize project management and CAP tools to ensure smooth product/initiative implementation and adoption
-Conduct post implementation reviews to resolve issues and capture best practices
-Assist with the documentation of procedures and workflows
-Identify issues, risks and alternative solutions for planned projects
-Gather voice of the customer through individual or group meetings
-Host individual or group reviews of proposed implementations to gather enhancements, issues and risks and to promote adoption
-Prepare and manage project plans and timelines related to product and initiative implementations for operations
-Proactively keep stakeholders informed of progress, issues/challenges and next steps
-Partner with other teams to provide integrated solutions for the business

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Associates Degree
-Mortgage or equity lending experience
-Non prime mortgage experience
-2+ years experience in project management
-Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and Visio
-Strong analytical, process improvement and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication skills both written and oral
-Ability to effectively coordinate implementation resources
-Ability to coordinate and lead discovery and design meetings
-Ability to work well as part of a team
-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple objectives

Desired:
-Prefer BA or BS degree
-Green Belt or higher Six Sigma certification preferred
