Supports assigned Account Executives in achieving sales objectives.

1. Acts as internal liaison between Wholesale Conforming Account Executives and operations team.

2. Manages rate lock function and assists brokers with loan pricing.

3. Answers inbound status calls from mortgage brokers.

4. Communicates loan decision to mortgage broker network and assists operations team in coordinating loan conditions.

5. Provides pipeline management support to operations team and Account Executives. Contacts brokers regarding expiring rate locks, missing files and missing loan conditions as necessary


6. Transmits daily rate sheet to approved mortgage broker network.

7. Confirms final loan terms and fee?s with the broker and insures all prior to closing conditions have been met.

8. Limited sign off authority of loan conditions.

9. Maintains current knowledge of company underwriting and processing policies and procedures.

10. Assists the operations team with processing and funding as needed.

Education:
High school graduate; college preferred

Experience/Training:
2-3 years experience in a mortgage production environment

Skills:
Demonstrated ability in sales, underwriting or processing; strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational background.
