Production Specialist II - P/L

This position?s primary goal is to close the loan file as quickly as possible while balancing the quality and service responsibilities of the position. Emphasis will be on maintaining the Pipeline, proactively contacting Business Partners and Account Executives to update status and follow-up on outstanding conditions, and reviewing the file documentation in a timely manner to meet the Center time frame. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with HMDA regulatory guidelines and adhering to established guidelines to resolve standard loan deficiencies to qualify transaction for secondary market sale. Other duties will include compiling and publishing reports regarding assigned Business Partners and Account Executive pipeline stats/issues.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of conventional and government investor guidelines.
- Knowledge of Federal and State compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of file tracking, system tracking and process engineering.
- Expertise in appraisal reporting.
- Solid understanding of pricing and secondary marketing.
- Solid understanding of loan products, documentation and loan processing.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Computer and telephone skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 35wpm.
