Products Specialist for Stae Bond Programs

Job Responsibilities:Research products and guidelines available for government assisted products or specialty programs offered per state. (i.e CalHFA, Iowa Bond, Rural Housing etc) Create process for branches-originating to closing to purchase Coordinate training with the branches (both retail and wholesale) Support field with questions on products Manage updates and implement applicable changes. Create marketing and training material as needed. Train members of team and support staff on products.

 

Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Team player with strong interpersonal skills Detail oriented, Self-motivating and positive attitude. Proficient with the use of Internet and Outlook Knowledgeable in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Mortgage banking experience with loan program knowledge, a plus
