 Description

This position will be responsible for managing business projects and initiatives within Commercial Direct. The role will include project planning, status reporting, collecting and escalating issues and risks, communicating with the project team, monitoring project health, coordinating business sponsor, requirements, testing, training and implementation activities and potentially post project activities. The candidate will be responsible for applying sound program/project management methodology to business projects.

 Required Skills

While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require 2-4 years of business or project management experience. A mortgage banking or loan processing background would be helpful. Strong candidates possess the ability to motivate others irrespective of reporting lines or function/discipline and ability to make decisions with minimal direction while remaining open and flexible.
