We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Marketing Manager to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will oversee the execution of all marketing initiatives for the assigned project. The Project Marketing Manager participates in the design of the project's branding and marketing strategy and directs the design, production and implementation of all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:Expert knowledge within the real estate resort industry.Strong understanding of the relevance of project differentiation and brand.Ability to develop, motivate and lead agency and vendor relationshipsSuperior customer service and active listening skills.Strategic marketing skills.Previous exposure to search engine optimization, pay per click and email communication strategies, i.e. virtual marketing.Proven track record in marketing project management.Analytical with good market research and competitive analysis skills.Knowledge of internet privacy laws and emerging policies.
