Property Accounting Manager

Excellent opportunity to join growing real estate investment fund performing multiple assignments for property management function.  Essential responsibilities will include handling accounting, lease administration, and tenant/property management relations. Successful candidates will have 2-4 years related experience; familiarity with financial terms, interpreting leases, and analytical skills.  Computer skills including proficiency in excel and property accounting systems (preferably Yardi) required.  Excellent communication and customer skills a must.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
