Property Assistant

As a Property Assistant with U.S. Bank, you will: Be responsible for the administrative support of property and project management of assigned facilities including branch and office buildings. This includes but is not limited to periodic on-site physical inspections, continual communication with building occupants, communication and coordination with vendors who provide services, and with senior management. Complete all work in a timely, professional manner in conformance with company approval processes and the annual approved budget. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: Property management experience including knowledge of traditional property and construction project management accounting methods is preferred. Exceptional communication (oral and written) and diplomacy skills. Good skills in the utilization of a personal computer and Windows type software used for e-mail, word processing, database management and spreadsheet use.
