Property Manager

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Property Manager (Neighborhood Manager) at our Fort Rucker, AL location. 

 

The Neighborhood Manager is responsible for the day-to-day property management operations of a designated on-post family housing neighborhood.  This includes coordination of eligible service members and their families with the post housing office for transfer into housing, assistance with preparation and implementation of annual operation and capital improvement plans and budgets, and review of monthly operating statements and preparation of variance reports.  This position is responsible for management of neighborhood staff.

 

The successful applicant will have;
A Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years on-site property management experience of at least 250 units with a professional management organization
A professional designation of, or active candidacy for, Residential Apartment Manager (RAM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) or equivalent industry certification is required
Competency in YARDI property management software or equivalent software required
Strong financial, marketing, or customer service background required.
