The Oakbrook Corporation (AMO?), one of Wisconsin?s largest state headquartered real estate companies, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to become part of our team.

 

The Manager is responsible for the management of Hamilton Place Apartments in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, adjacent to Madison, Wisconsin.  Our 240 unit, multi-family apartment community is comprised of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.  It was recently renovated and the majority of the units meet Section 42 tax credit status. 

 

The successful candidate has at least 2 years Property Management experience, as well as strong marketing/leasing, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.  Computer proficiency and supervisory experience is preferred.  A strong work ethic and enthusiasm is a must!

 

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining high property occupancy while overseeing all aspects of property operation, including:

?  Supervise and train onsite staff

?  Market property to meet occupancy goals

? Ensure excellent care of the physical property; including building maintenance, housekeeping and grounds
