Job Summary

Experienced and professional commercial Property Manager. Must have experience working with a mixed portfolio, consisting of office, industrial and retail. The successful candidate will need to manage the day-to-day property management operations, comprised of 5 locations, totaling 383,819 square feet. Some travel and after hour emergency response may be required. Must have a proven track record for working remotely, and have excellent communication, customer service skills, facilities/property management and experience with basic property accounting and legal processes (i.e. 3-day Notices, Unlawful Detainers, Proofs of Service, etc.). Knowledge and experience with MRI or other related property accounting software a plus. Excellent writing skills a must. Must be able to maintain excellent tenant relations and perform monthly property inspections.

 

5+ years (consecutive) of Commerical real estate exprience. Proficient on EXCEL and Word. Must have experience with financial reporting and CAM and MRI. BA or equivalent.
